Frank McGuirk was our salesmen and we couldn't have been more happy with his service, Frank knew from the beginning that we were inexperienced about all aspects of motorcycles and scooters frank showed us the ins and outs of every bike on the floor and had vast knowledge of each particular bike i highly recomend the service at western reserve honda and special thanks to frank for being a great help to us, we will definitely be purchasing a motorcycle and scooter from here sometime in the near future. Hi I'm from Oshawa Ontario Canada my wife and I were on our way to Logan Ohio for a Suzuki Owners Club Rally when my bike broke down on hight 90 at exit 235. I had a tow truck come out and get my bike he took me to Reserve Honda in Mentor and thats where I delt with Matt he was outstanding in understanding my problems and that I was on my way somewhere and he did a great job with getting my bike fixed to the owners of Reserve you should take pride in the people that work for you on the honda side and the Harlie side as well they made sure I had something to ride back and forth from the hotel till my bike was done. As far as Matt goes he made my 2 days in mentor something I will never forget and the next time I'm riding anywhere near Mentor I will be stopping in again to shake Matts Hand for the outstanding job he did thank you Bill and Laila Mclaren ps we will be back

I bought a 2007 Shadow, and during this process I have developed a great deal of respect for this dealership. Scott Miller, the sales person, was great to work with and very straight forward. There was a minor issue with the bike at the time of purchase and Scott along with the service team went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used bike. Its a first class group of people.

Thanks to Matt Wilson - I will continue purchasing motorcycles, Accessories, and of course repeatedly come back to Western Reserve Honda for Service.
Matt is an excellent Technician, and explains the work he has done, work to be done in a very professional manner. Somehow he has the ability to explain all of this to the layman customer.
He makes me feel as if he cares about my Honda motorcycle as if it were HIS OWN.
I cerntainly do trust him with my motorcycle and it's conidition to keep me alive.

I bought two honda's this past year, Big Red MUV and CRF50 (w/training wheels). I delt with Scott Miller, he was very easy to work with. He made things happen just as he said he would. My next Honda product will be from Scott also unless he moves on to bigger and better things. I will recommend Western Reserve Honda to anyone looking for a Honda product.

Just purchased a pre owned bike from Scott Miller, easy and uncomplicated. Everything he told me on the phone he would do, was done when I walked in the door. I was looking at particular bike but after seeing it wasnt so sure, he showed me several other options, no pressure at all, and we settled finally on a great bike. He was also able to fit my wife for a helmet, we are customers for good. Great service, great people, a pleasure doing business with Western Reserve Honda, especially Scott Miller.

I ride with a group of Gold Wing guys and have been looking a shop to give us great service. On a whim, I stopped at Western Reserve and talked to Matt in the service department. Matt knows Gold Wings for sure. Got mine serviced and am scheduling the rest of the group to come up and get theirs done too. Got ya some work Matt. LOL.

I researched and priced out the Honda Foreman. I wanted a plow kit and a bunch of other stuff added. I walked in with my list and price and R.J. not only gave me my price, he beat it by a ton. Best deal I've ever made. Good group at Western

Wow, what a change. I really wanted to shop here but just couldn't get over the old manager. Scott is a breath of fresh air and the whole staff is really friendly. I got my last two bikes at Just 4 Fun and will no longer go to Middlefield. Got a great deal and am happy to see such a great store. I'll be back.
